In all honestly, I haven't done anything different than I have the entire time.
I don't eat anything that is more that 10 grams of sugar per serving for solids or 25 grams of carbohydrates per serving for liquids. In all actuallity, most everything I eat fits into both of those standards.
I really haven't ever exercised. I just try to move as much as I can. I move all day long at work--I am an activities assistant at a nursing home with 170 residents. When I get home I play with my daughter, and do housework etc. I just go all the time.
I have been very fortunate with the rate that I have lost my weight. My mom had surgery a year before I did, and she has done really well too. In fact she wears a size 4 now. But she too, followed the above standards to the letter. She also didn't exercise--she has fibromyalgia very badly.
You will lose it! Just keep on doing what you are doing! It is such a life changing thing. I really am about ready to stop losing. Never thought I would say that. But, I am at 159 and have at least 15 pounds of skin on my drooping belly
