Graduation night
Hi everyone
Well last night was my graduation ceremony. The hospital that I had my surgery has a graduation ceremony every year. It was held at the Embassy Suites--what a lovely place. There were 101 graduates. The requirements for graduation are to be at least a year out and at your goal weight.
It is very nice. There is a nice dinner and a DJ. There are four doctors that do the surgery at St. Vincent's, and they each present their graduates. As your name is called you walk across a long stage your before and after pictures are projected on a large screen with the total amount you have lost.
They handed us roses as we walked across. My doctor hugged me, and I whispered in his ear that I had actually lost another 8 and a quarter pounds--LOL--and he announced it too...lol...my husband had dared me--too funny--everyone was laughing.
I had an amazing time, and just wanted to share a picture. I hope this is how to do it
Thanks everyone,
Tracy
