Picture pages

Hey! How many of you guys have some sort of picture pages on the web showing your change? I have one at http://www.totalriot.com/Total%20Riot%20Productions/Evolution.html and I'm curious who else as one. Mine needs updating, I think the newest picture I have online is about 40 or 50 pounds ago. Anyway, I'd love to see yours.

You look so remarkable. Beautiful and so toned. How did you get yourself looking like you have a body of a teenager. What excercises do you do. Also How dod you get your lower stomach so flat. That is what I am having a hard time with. You must be so proud. Thanks Hugs] barb
