One year for me

Happy surgerversary, Happy surgeversary, Happy surgeversary to meeeee! Well it's been one year today and I couldn't be happier, I started this journey at 375 and as of this morning I am down to 203 just 3 pounds shy of my goal weight but I am still happy with the results. So many things have changed over the last year for me and my family as well, I now have the energy to keep up with everyone else, no more meds and the aches and pains are pretty much gone, the ole knees still act up but better than before. To anyone who has just had this surgery good luck in your journey and to anyone thinking about it, go for it.
