1 year
Well its my one year out and I am 68 lbs lighter! I still have 30 lbs to go but I will get there come hell or high water!!! My life has changed so much this year, I don't have diabetes and that is the best thing about this surgery no more shots or pills. The weight coming off is a perk. Do I grumble when I gain yes I do because I guess I put too much into being skinny. ITs the fact that I am healthy is what is most important so I can be here later on in life. I want to thank OH, without this website I would go crazy of not knowing what to do. I look to you for answers when I don't have them myself. We are on this journey together and I hope we will always be and hope to meet some of you sometime inthe near future!! If your ever in Washington look me up!! Who would of ever thought I Would be going from a size 22-24 to a size 12!!!! I wasn't born this small lol. I have been big all my life, maybe 170 is going to be a normal weight for me. I guess will will find out in the next few months to see if I start losing again. Again thanks to you all and continue to support OH!!!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO ME!!!

Congratulations Michelle -- what a trip this has been, right! You are doing great, you will get to where you want to be!! Be patient. I say that to you, but it's like you said the other day, you can say these things to others but why don't you believe them yourself!! That's me, I say be patient to you, and meanwhile I am impatiently wondering why the heck I am not losing any more weight!!
Keep up the good work Michelle
