Now that my scale finally moved I'm feeling a little more postive about myself.... Surgery date- Sept. 28 Height 5'7 Highest wt. 334 Pre-surgery wt. 321 Present wt. 227

Total Lost ! 107 highest...94 pre surgery I'm getting there slowly.... Found out from Dr. on monday my weight with him in 1972 was 212....getting there

I haven't donen my one year labs yet *** BAD ME** Surgery: 358 Now: 211 Goal: 185 I am 5'6 and have 26 lbs to go... I pray I make it!! I REALLY need to excersize more... Dress size: 12 Skirt: 14 Pants: 16 Top: Medium YEEHAWWW!!! Canyou tell where I have most of my weight STILL??? Tanya L

Sandy, Know I am celebrating with your recent scale change!! yeah!! Mine goes back and forth, back and forth and I currently am at about 160. But, the good news is that a year ago, I was 274, So I cannot complain. I am 5'5" and in a size 8-10 jeans, size medium top and can run 4 miles in less than 40 min. I exercise at least 5-7 times a week and feel fabulous. Would love to see 150pounds but would be THRILLED At 155. I have only lost 8 pounds in the last 3 months but have been assured by my surgeon that partly is due to muscle mass I have gained due to increased exercise and weight lifting( Yeah like I can tell?) Anyway, congradulations on your loss!! giggle, hugs, Jacqueline

I hate updating. It makes it seem like I am not doing well. I am stilling going up a few and down a few. Surgery date- sept 27th Height 5'8" pre weight 281 now 167 total lost 114 -- I know how can I complain labs were fine at 1 year appt. size 10-12 eat today; B:protein bar- was horrible but needed food coffee-decaff cream 1 splenda L: 3 slices ham/ 2 oz cheese/ 1/2 cucumber/ 1/2 cup cut carrots water 66 oz so far D: ??? not sure yet.

Life is wonderful! And my plastic surgery is only 21 days away (today is over right so let's so 20 days LOL)!!
