My one year anniversary is coming up and I wanted to share with everyone how helpful you have been. I know there are probably 100's or thousands like me *****ad posts but don't share anything about themselves. I have lost 101 pounds and feel overwhelmed at times in disbelief that it has realy happened. I contribute several of the pounds to this web site, so many of you have had the same experiences and obstacles I have had, it has been so helpful reading posts and knowing that there are others like me on this journey of taking our lifes back. I'm going to get some before and after pictures together so you will have a face to my name and a face of gratitude to each and everyone of you who take the time to write, possibly not evern knowing what you have done for other people. My hat goes off to you, as I wish you a very happy anniversary!! I've been with you since the beginning. Katrina

Katrina, That was a very sweet post, I also have not posted much, but I do enjoy reading everyone's journey. I will not log onto the computer for a couple of days, but then find myself wanting to see where everyone else, on our special month is, and sure enough when I read all your messages, I come away with a sense of well being, knowing I am certainly not in this alone. You've done a great job in your weight loss. I was really hoping I could be in the 100 lb weight loss catagory since surgery too, but I am happy with my results so far. Just more committed to losing the rest before my time runs out (18 months). Debbie
