Increased hunger from recent upped exercise?
I'm not sure if this happens to you all, but, since I started exercising doing the water aerobics this week, I feel like I'm starving all day long and can't eat enough. It's not that time of the month, so, it's not my usual craving for extra carbs.
It seemed Thurs through yesterday, I was starving and famished and wanted to eat and eat and eat. I thought maybe it's from upping my metabolic rate and my body is freaking out and asking for more food.
Just wanted to know if this happens to any of you?

I saw on some tv program that it is a sign of your body burning calories and your output being more then your intake..Savere hunger is a bad thing becouse it will set in starvation mode but a bit more hunger is good cuz your setting up for losing mode.
Does that even make sense??
If I ate by hunger and not by time I probably woulda starved by now.

I've had a rather ambitious workout program and I am indeed hungrier when I'm following it rigerouosly. Seems like the pouch is bigger. When I cut back the hunger does too. It does worry me, but I think it is normal. I've continued to loose although it is much slower now...I'm only 7 pounds from goal. Hope this helps.
