I am so thrilled with all the support with the "no eating after 800" group. Thanks so much. And we need to remember to support each other. I got home late last night and hurried to finsh protein for the day and snack by 745 so I could quit eating. Too funny that I was hungry at 830, 900, 930 and until I went to bed but did not eat. Thanks Micha for the early bedtime suggestion.. 801 sounds like the perfect bedtime to me. Ok, one day down. Come on all!! WE can do this together. Thanks again, Love Jacqueline

Drink lots of water rapidly when you feel the hunger pangs come on. It'll rid you of those quickly. Gulp and chug the water rapidly, it'll put your lower pouch into spasm and make you feel full. Don't eat after 8, but you can still drink non calorie beverages until bed. It's good for you. paula
