Night Time Eating - help!
Yes, I will commit. But my cut off time will have to be 9:00. Because I work nights and we don't get to eat until 9:00. I do try to eat earlier but if we're busy then we can't.
I saw that Oprah show and I was thinking about that too. So let's do it. The scary thing is just like you said - I see the pattern starting too for me. And when my husband is taking a nap it's almost like a trigger to eat. like my head says " o.k. he's sleeping so now you could eat".
Sparkpeople let's you put in your own food. I did it with the sylvester stallon pudding.
Trust me - it is overwelming. I was only able to master the calorie meal plan.
I go see my surgeon on Sept. 18th and I wanted to lose a little more but I'll take whatever I can get.

Okay, we're on - I did good last night, I stopped eating at 8 and I allowed myself only one thing after dinner. It worked. Well, I mean I did it, so that was good.

i had a terrible day yesterday....i ate all day long! I had potatoe salad, ham, beans, more potatoe salad, some grapes, chilli w/cheese and 4crackers, a couple bites of potatoe salad...and a little piece of this oreo pie i made....plus coffee all day.and a cup of milk..very very bad day...I only rode a bike for like a half hour...which killed my boney butt, this was not a good weekend for me...Some days I feel like i am starving..and i pick all day long...I dont know how to tell you to handle it cuz i am out of control also...

It was a holiday weekend. Remember how upset we all was on memoraill day and christmas. We just need to get back on track today. You did ride your bike that was good. Try to only eat alot of protein today. Like meats and cheese. You will be fine. Also get your excercise in. I gained like 3 pounds over the weekend. This morning I am 151. So Im going for a big walk this morning and working out hard tonight,

Okay, so you had a bad day, a bad weekend, that's a day, not your life. And you did get your boney little butt moving on a bike!!
I hate to say this, but it sounds like you had a fun day, even if you ate things you didn't want to. Did you go on a picnic?
Do the commitment with me, Jacqueline, and a few others of not eating after 7 or 8 at night! That might be something that will get you on track again, I'm hoping it will do things for me, if nothing else break my pattern!

night time eating, ME TOO. Seriously, here's what I ate yesterday.
breakfast - coffee
noon - small piece of quiche, 1/2 tomato
6 pm- 2 oz ham, 1 cup boiled cabbage, 1 sm red potato
7:30pm - 1 cup salad w/cheese and chickpeas, 1 apple
8:30 1/3c chex mix
9:30 1 pc sf chocolate, 1 cup sf chi tea latte w/1/2 c milk
Now I realize that I have not exceeded my calories for the day,(although my carbs are high), but I'm doing all of my eating at night and I have gained 1 lb this week. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
