Kelly-2days food
Hi Kelly thought I would post todays food. I know that Kelly, Donna and I were posting what menus we were using
B-yogurt- lowfat
Snack- large ice decaf- Dunkins
L-steak 2oz, Lettuce/cucumber lowfat dressing, tomato and 2 oz hard cheese
Snack- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Dinner- not sure as of yet- have left over boiled dinner so it looks like it is going to be 3 oz cornbeef with veggies and a salad.

Good afternoon Donna Today I have had:
B - 32 oz protein shake
S- nothing
L - meat and cheese from taco and enchilada
S - wasa cracker and s/f peanut butter
D - probably a smoked sausage (low fat) or something quick. It will be late when I get home tonight.

B-protein drink
S-2 slices of deli ham
L-ground turkey and green beans (1 c. mixed total)
S-low carb bar
D-chicken breast and salad most likely
Thank ya bunches. You all are so much help. Oh! And I walked 2 miles with my daughter and our 2 doggies. They are small (pom-chi and beagle) and we KEPT going down streets that had killer dogs! We ran across 3 pit bulls, 1 german shephard, 1 rottweiller and a st. bernard...well, Cujo was a killer. It was a bit scary, beagle kept baying and wanting to play with them so bad, my daughter just picked him up and walked VERY fast past those big dogs.
