Good timing. I haven't been working out lately--- like for weeks. Today was the first day back in the gym. Got in 45 minutes elliptical time..... ya hoo.
I have made the decision that either I could accept the fact that I was going to be a size 12 weigh in at 169- which isn't a bad weight for an average or I would get my a@@ in gear and lose the last 20 lbs..... So here I am again hitting the gym hard and watching what I eat. Wish me luck...

How are you doing? Hope things are going well for you. Okay, It's after 6 in the evening here in Missouri and I just got back from walking 2 miles. I KNOW it's not 3 miles (Donna-sorry) but it's the best I could do today. I'll work my way up, slowly but surely. I'm still 225# and 5'3. These hills are killer on my fat little legs. Seriously though, I'm going to push myself harder and harder. I REALLY want to run the 5k next summer for my 40th birthday. I found out today that's not 5 miles, but 3.1 miles, hmm, I think I'll be able to do that. Stranger things have happened. Thank you for the push, I need it bad!
