Poop - I wanted to share, but it didn't work. Oh well, it was a good thought!!
Tomorrow night is my first dance class - I'm looking forward to it. Hey Carol, if you're reading this, maybe that would be a good exercise for you? That's why I'm doing it!! It's swing dancing, and I know that can wear off a few calories.
For Kelly - here is what I ate today:
Protein drink - 90 calories
Protein bar - 100 calories
1/2 south beach pizza -- maybe 150
100 calorie pack of wheat thins
yogurt - 1 container - 110 calories
protein drink - 90 calories
1/4 c chili - I don't know the calories

Yeah I know I don't eat much. My husband is sort of worried about me. By the way, the amount of food I eat does not translate into losing weight!! I don't lose any more than alot of people who eat more, in fact I probably lose less. But I just have trouble eating some things and so get in a rut.
