I need to excersize MORE...I have a lot of arthitis which limits me. Swimming is ideal, but due to my work schedule and jealous husband have not been able to do a lot of that. I struggle to eat enough..due to my schedule at work, it is hard to get 3 meals in a day...GOOD NEWS!! I can eat some chicken now, not much, but this helps!
OH... I have been at the same weight about 2 weeks, but this usually happens the first 2 weeks of my anniversary month... cant figure out why...

For some reason this week my weight loss has increased, my b-day was yesterday so maybe the weightloss fairies are giving me a big present. I also got into a size 8 pants, but they were the stretchy kind so I don' think that really counts. But it made me feel good for a few minutes.

It is so good to find you all. I guess I just did not look good enough I have been so concerned about my weight loss, but it helps to see people who had surgery around the same time that I did.

i went to an OH obesity conference in my state..boy if u ever have the chance to go u should..loads of information and support..I am back on track and motivated to lose the rest of the weight I need to..well hopefully anyway
here are my stats:

weight goal 140-145
but would be happy with 150 so thats what I am shooting for..

I think I am on the upward movement. Can't remember my last weight loss but my last gain was this morning!! YUCK but I am hoping it is jus****er (And not those sugar free cookies I eat daily!! Chuckle, giggle). I am still running like a crazy lady: 4 miles 5 times a week although am allowing myself to run less mileage when I don't feel good. And haven't kept up swimming twice a week: Too lazy. What else? Enjoying sugar free Murray's shortbread cookies like WAY TOO MUCH. No cure I think there. But am OK with weight. A size 8 fits a little tight and a size 10 a little loose with medium tops. Who Am I to complain? Life is great!! And after 11 months, I am unbleivably grateful for this wonderful tool that has changed my life forever!! AND thanks to you all for all your support. Don't know if I would have had the strength to do this without you all(tear) Seriously, What a great team we have made supporting each other through the rough times.

Size.... depends on the brand I wear 12, 10, 8 and 6.... mostly I'M a 10 or an 8
I loose 1 week a month 3-5 pounds at a time now. But LBH I'm so grateful to GOD that I'm not gaining everyday.anymore.
I need to get MOVING.. I've been adverse to exercise so far and really I just feel flabby..I really want to tone and tighten. I hate that after losing over 120 pounds i STILL feel FAT!
Ugh this week is stinky.. I'm totally in one of those I can eat everything I see stages this week. I hate these times they make me scared that I'm going BACK to that 282 lb. girl... but then normally in 3-5 days I go into a "I can't eat anything" stage and hardly eat... ugh HORMONES and my "broken" brain...
Hope everyone else is well!!!!!!
Just think even if you loose fast or slow we are ALL SO much HEALTHIER this year then last..
