Thank you, I always love your post. I jogged this morning. I have been jogging alittle here and there this morning it was alot. Then I do my regular excercise at later in the day. After I walk or jog. If you been threw what I have been threw in the last 3 months you would be in your 140s.l My daughter told me today I looked like Olive Oil Popeyes Girlfriend. Lovely..... I think it might bother her that I am so small because yesterday she said I had a big head and she is over weight. I wish she could lose her weight. I hate leaving her behind. I have been sweating all day. That means Im losing weight. I dont want to lose anymore. Hugs From Olive

What a wonderful year! surgery 9-13-05 282 current 152 goal: 145 although I'd like to get to 137 and not be 'overweight' for my 5'2" frame. 53 years old exercise 5-6 days week, most days 1 hour. MWF, 2 hours.

Hi everyone, Surgery 9-19-06 Mid-Aug. 2005 b/f surgery 326# Sept. 19, 2005 Day of Surgery 309# Current Wt. 225# Goal: 150# Obviously, I need to buckle down, however, I've lost 101# since this time last year, so I'm kinda happy about that. Gettin' compliments all the time which is thrilling. Life is good, I just need to focus! You all are doing great! Kelly

ok little cutie, here are my stats: date: 9/16 Height: 5'7" and shrinking (I'm going to try to attach some pictures from my vacation standing by my TALL daughter and some of my TALL grandsons -- maies me feel real short!) starting weight: 289 current weight: 161 goal weight: 150 size 10-12 HAPPY - HEALTHY - FEELING GREAT - LOVING LIFE!! Now, here are some pictures - I hope this works - from my vacation. Not a lot, just a few; Oh, and the one that says 'Jerry's daughter', well that really is me!!! Hi Donna and Everybody I thought about starting the weigh in but since I hadn't made much progress I figured... So here goes Date: 9-28-05 Height: 5'7" Starting Weight: 321 Current weight:230 (hadn't weighed this in over 25 years ! ) Goal Weight:200 I did ask at the support meeting a couple of weeks ago what was the average weight loss for 11 months out and she said usually 3 to 5 pounds. If that is the case I lost 3 pounds last month.... I started going back down my basement using my Gazelle and getting on the bike again. We'll see how that goes... Sandy

I haven't really ever posted, but I've read this board on a regular basis, following everyone's progress. Everyone here are truly amazing individuals and should be proud of their successes. It has been quite the journey for me as well.........what a year!!! date: 9/22/05 height: 5'5 starting weight: 317 current weight: 157 lost: 160 goal weight: 145 size: 10-12 I'm still losing, but it has slowed down. My doc seems to think that I'll continue to lose through the end of 2006. I will be thrilled if I stay at this current weight. I'm about 10 pounds from where I was when I graduated from high school. surgery date september 7 2005 start date...240 goal..125 weight today 108 I am tryng to maintain my weight and not loose anymore.. pushing protein..and working out. size 1 and 3...some 5s depends on the garmet.. congrats to everyone~ jennifer

Okay Jennifer, hands down, you win the prize for being the smallest!! Size 1 and 3!! Oh my gosh!! I'm going to look at your profile after I post this, and I hope yu have some updated photos!! Welcome to the board. Your doing great. I heard we lose 18 months or even longer. Some people lose up to 3 yrs. Until they reach there goal. I think it all depends on the person and how much they need to lose. I am proud of everyone on this board. They have all done so great and look so great !!!! jenni you need to join us more. bARB
