DORITOES
aweee....I think we have all been there. :-l
You know what I would do and have done? Crunch up the entire bag with your hands, get your aggression out without eating them and them dump the crumbs in the garbage and put dish soap on top of them. haha (I've actually had to do this with a favorite food of mine a few months ago that I craved so badly) I had a few bites and then that was it.
haha, I hope you feel better soon!
Ahh Michelle, I love doritos! They are hard to resist. I actually do eat the 100 Calorie Packs ocasionally. I know they are bad but 100 calories worth once in a while isnt that bad, as long as its not a habit. Anyway they come in little bags so as long as you limit yourself to one bag you're ok. That usually cures my Doritos craving. But I also understand about being upset and wanting to eat everything, thank goodness I'm at work with no food right now! Good luck resisting!!
Back away from the Doritos and no one will get hurt!!! No seriously, a few probably won't do any real harm but you don't want to get those kind of habits started again. Anything can start out innocent and turn into a bad habit. I choose to just stay completely away from things like that. If you can successfully do it in extreme moderation then it might be ok for you, I think I could too but choose not to chance it. Pam I like your idea, maybe I'll incorporate that when I have cravings (luckily it is pretty rare for me)!

Michelle,
I so totally get it. Althought Doritoes wouldn't be the first think I reach for. I guess we need to focus on what else to do when upset and for me Boredom too!! When I am bored...I can eat an elephant I think, without tasting it or even realizing how much I have eaten. I love the idea of 10 grams of protein first. Who said that? I know I would be so full after than!! Great IDEA whoever!!. Best wishes Michelle and let us know if you come up with a great idea. jacqueline
