I am very excited!!!

In a couple of weeks my dh and I are going to a OH conference in my state..am totally excited for it..I am kind of in a serious rut..no weight loss in over a month or two months and I feel like I can eat like I used to before I had surgery..so for me this will be an excellent get back to basics of the program.. they have speakers about weight loss surgery and how to live after...plastic surgeons and other members from all around the area.. and an added bonus of my husband and I get to be away for 3 days by ourselves!!! take care all, Jean

Jean, Sounds like a great plan! I'm sure you will find out info on how to break your plateau and how to use a maintenance diet to staly on track. Have fun paula
