Thursday's Food Log
A food log helps me by getting ideas what to eat from other people. Just last week I had no idea what to have and Julio from the CT. board posted he was having sausage and onions on the grill and that is what I had too for dinner. But if I didn't read his I wouldn't have thought of that. Thanks Julio
Hope this helps others as it does me.
My food log for today is
Breakfast - 2 cups dd french vanilla coffee w/ fat free cream
single egg ham & cheese omlette
crust off of 1 slice of rye toast
Snack - ? nothing today
Lunch - lite & fit yogert with 1/2 banana & ground flax seed
Snack - Fresh Fruit
Dinner - 3 or 4 oz. broiled filet of sole
some carrots w/ mustard
some cucumber, tomato, & onion salad
Snack - no sugar added slim bear ice cream sandwich
Didn't get to go to the gym but I did clean out some of my cellar so that is a workout in itself.
Koukla, now I guess you are suppose to think ahead to what you are having? I am not that organized sometimes. But I LOVE this idea, and thank you for doing it

no workout today cause I had to go to the dentist!
No problem.
just Like you said - this is what we are supposed to have but changes happen. And this way we have a plan and we can change one thing for something else.
But at least we know we're going to have lunch, snack, dinner, snack......
You poor thing - the dentist. I just had a root canal last month. Hope your's just for a cleaning. Good luck.

So far today is it the ..
Gentle Iron supplement and water at 8:00am
9:00-Breakfast: 1 packet of SF maple sugar oatmeal and 1 scoop of chocolate designer whey protein powder from GNC.
no snack
1:00- leftover bonless buffalo wings (3) from last night at chili's.
2- no snack yet
Dinner-probably something light- it's hot today
No excercise yet today.. will walk around track at high school later tonite while boys have football practice.
