Only half the man I used to be.
Went hiking this last week. Got in 9miles up and around a mountain. Even went home afterwards and did chores. Woohoo. Before was 412lb and the new is 206lb. This last 36lb is going to take some serious working to get to.

WOW, Michael,
Congradulations on being half the man you were just 11 months ago. Can you believe it? The pics are incredible!! Great job and keep up the good work.
The last pounds are always the hardest. I think I have been on the last 20 pounds for three months and still have about 5-8 to go!!
Best Wishes for continued Success. Let me know if you are coming to Germany in Sept(I think you wrote something about that before) Cause I live here and maybe we could meet? Take Care,
Jacqueline
You look great you hottie. It's just amazing the difference. It seems so surreal the changes we've all made since last year and you're right those last lbs are tough to lose. I have 18lbs to goal and I think I'll make it eventually, but I tell myself as long as I don't ever weigh more than I do today I'm happy.
Micha
Don't get to ride as much per week as I would like. I usually ride to work (about 100miles round trip). I just picked up another bike as well. Anticipation reward of getting to Onederland. Stay tuned for pics when I hit that milestone. We are lucky that our riding season is so long. Usually we can ride rain free about 325 days per year. The rest is the threat of rain (monsoon) that makes it unfriendly. hehe. If your out this way we will have to go for a ride.
