16 more pounds for me and I won't be obese any longer...just, overweight!
I've lost 5 this week with not much eating cause of the tummy pain. I'm on a liquid diet now, so, I should lose more. It's like being back at stage 3!
What's your BMI now? Mine is still 32.2. BUT, It was 49.6 when I started this whole process!
I can't believe the size of your legs now. TINY...But, your daughter was right. You've got to get rid of the flouncy tops and get some nice figure flattering ones. They're too big! You've got to be in a size 12 or smaller on top. Go for some new ones, lady! Great sales on now. I just went to JC Penney yesterday and fit into 14W's shirts and 16W"s for pants. All from a 30/32. They felt SO good. And a nice tank hawaiian print dress, too. All 70% off. Soon, I'll be able to buy regular sizes and not the W's. I like the extra room in the w's.
Talk to you later,
paula
Hey Paula, by the way any word from the doctor yet??
My BMI was 41 when I started, and I forget what it is now.
Yes, okay, I will get some new clothes I still buy 1X, except pants I can wear a 12 I don't think I could in tops cause I like them a little longer to cover my stomach But I will try maybe some XL on
I don't exactly have tiny legs, girlfriend, but I was a cheerleader for a professional football team when I was young (go Rams!! -- when they were in Los Angeles) so I've always had muscular legs and I think they have bounced back better than say my arms or anything else It's just the flab around my upper thighs that bug the crap out of me
see you
LOVE
