143 pounds gone!

Hi All! It's been a while since I have been on the message board. Today I weigh 155 and have lost 143 pounds. My goal weight is 135 pounds. almost there! Hope everyone is doing well. Michelle Allard~

Hello Michelle, well you are doing awesome!! You are really almost there. I don't know about you, but I always like to think back to one year ago. I was just getting my approval for surgery and had yet to meet the surgeon. I was totally buzzed, as I am sure you were!! 143 pounds gone - fantastic!! love donna p.s. Come back more!!

Michelle, CONGRATS!! That is a whole lot of weight gone!!! Do you have a before and after pix to show us? You must feel SO good. I know that I do with 112 gone. Keep up the great work! Thanks for posting. Post more often! Paula

GOODDDDD JOB!!!!!! Im with you girl today i got down to 229 WOOHOOOOOO i started at 368 THATS 139 pounds .... My husband found some before pics of me in mexico last year i was like HOLY GOSH!!!! He was all you dont even look like the same person huh... he was as shocked as I was Its awesome I only have 80 more pounds until goal but im still losing pretty well CONGRATS!!!! Hugs Steph
