I got on the scale this morning and I have finally broken through and reached the mark of 150 pounds lost. I am so excited. I celebrated by going and getting a new haircut. I joke with everyone that I have lost MaryKate and Ashley. I can't believe I have lost this much weight. I am over half way to my goal. I want to lose about 130 more pounds. That will put me at 163. I am so excited!!!!! I haven't been online for a long time because I just recently got a new computer after my last one died on me. Ten months and going strong!!!! How are all my fellow September '05 buddies doing??? Let me know!!!!!!!!!! Love Y'all, Susan Holland

Congradulations!! What an accomplishment Huh? Who would've thought one year ago you would be 150 pounds less and still going!!?? Congradulations and keep up the good work. MORE THAN HALF WAY THERE!! Me, I had less to loose, but am doing well. I have lost 112 pounds and only have 5-10 more to go although since beginning to lift weights have been told this last 10 pound is a dream, not reality as I will be adding muscle which weighs more than fat. So while it is a good thing to lift weights....I wish I had waited another 5-10 pounds. Overall, since Sept 16, 2005, this year has seemed like a dream. I am doing things that I could only imagine doing this time last year. What a gift this surgery is!! Best wishes for your continued success. Jacqueline

Wow you're doing great! You should really be proud! I've lost 114.5 lbs so far and would like to lose another 25lbs, however at the rate I'm losing now I'm probably not going to make goal by my anniversary . Micha

It's a wonderful feeling isn't it? To be this far and still doing this well. I still have alot to lose myself,Right now I'm dealing with bouncing around the same 10 lbs for about 6 weeks but I know from past experience if this is week 6 next week should be a realy good week and I should start dropping again, then I'll lose 30-40 lbs and be stuck again for awhile , but it DOES come off and thats what matters. 5 lbs a week or 5 lbs a month i'm happy becouse before I was givin this tool I could barley lose 5 lbs a year and If i did ten came back with it. Makes you wonder how come fat can bring friends but when it goes it leaves alone...lol Glad to see your back. Shel

You're doing great! Keep up the good work. This tool has been a blessing to all of us. I don't think that I would be alive today if I hadn't had this surgery. I have lost 116 pounds as of Sept. 6, 2005. I am so grateful for this loss. Keep working at the weight loss and I'm sure that it will all come off. Best Wishes. Diana Leal

Wow you have done great!! Wheres the updated picture? I wish I could lose that much I feel like I am at such a standstill and gaining!! They called me a lightweight from the very beginning but I still feel fat I weigh 176 now slowly creeping back up. Do you have some hints for me? What do you eat on an average day now? Congratulations!!!
