Fiber help
I have been using Fitday.com to monitor my eating habits, and I realize I am hardly getting any fiber into my diet. No wonder I am constipated! I am kinda scared about using the powder-in-drinks because what if it swells up in my pouch? And I don't do real well with pills (still using chewable vitamins). Any help or advice would be appreciated, thanks!
Oh, and I should mention that I still absolutely cannot tolerate any type of bread, pasta, or tortillas.

How abut crackers? Some are high in fiber like triscuits or others. I cannot remember the one I buy but it is a 5 grain cracker and has some fiber..not a lot, but some. Best wishes. Jacqueline
I bought a similar type of product like the Benefiber, called Fiber Choice. Completely tasteless and clear. Man, I am getting in so much more fiber now my tummy is making lots of noise LOL! It is so nice to "go" every other day instead of once a week, never thought being regular would make me so happy
