Force the liquids, people!

Just a friendly reminder!!! Now that were into full fledged summer and it's hot and the humidity is high, remember to add extra fluid to your diet. I know that I'm guilty as can be lately and not have been getting in the right amount of fluids. I feel yucky because of it, too. I'm gonna drink a lot of water today, and will water load prior to my meals too to make sure I feel up quickly. Have a happy and safe 4th! Paula

Great reminder Paula! Thanks! My doctor does not want me to drink any liquids at least one hour before and one hour after meals, because the liquid will wash the food I eat out of my pouch quickly. He also wants me eating 5-6 small meals a day. Makes it difficult to get in all the fluids I need!

I was reading somewhere once that you should take your weight devide it in half and then drink that many ounces of wate/fluidsr a day to keep things flushing out I donno if anything i'm doing latley is working but thats a whole nother thing...lol Shel
