Hang in there girl!! Everyone of us has had some MIND GAMES that we have had to fight...Or at least I should say I have had to do the same as you. Our brains are strange things and knowing CARBS are the problem can help you a lot. Try setting a goal everyday for how many carbs you are "willing" to accept into your body...I am so proud of all the hard work you are doing. I too go to the Gym and run 3 miles 4 times a week and swim twice a week. Just met with my first ever personnel trainer last week and my body is still feeling the affects. Keep your chim up 109 pounds lost foreverr!!! congrats on that.

I think we go thru stages... if only we lived closer!!!! I sure could use a exercize partner..LOL!!!!!

You look great. I'm not losing much this month either, usually I have a week or so that I lose almost a pound a day. Not this month. It's okay though I keep asking myself what the hurry is, this is a tool for life so it's not like we can go off this diet like in the old days.
I have 27 lbs left to lose, and at this point I'll be happy to lose 5 lbs a month.
you seem to be doing well, I am only down 78 lbs.....Everyone seems to be doing better than me.....i am lazy though i dont exercise very much just mostly walking...but i also havent been loosing much at all.. I have been eatingmore too... I think it might be a thing we are all going through... carbs are hard to not have... today i had 3 chicken tenders for lunch w/ranch and about a ½ cup of mashed potatoes... then for dinner i had maybe an ounce of hamburger and ¼ cup of sliced potatoes... I also had about 10 cheese puffs... all yeah and i had 3 grapes .. also 2 cups of milk...2 cups of coffee... 1 cup of icetea... and ½ bottle of water.....Yes i know not enough water..and worst of all i had a sugar free klondike bar...
it was good though... Some days i am constantly eating cheese... or chips... I know cheese is good for you... but i am only susposed to eat 2 times a day... thats why i drink the 2 cups of milk in the morning... so here is my menu.... bad isn't it..

I haven't lost an ounce in the last month...not one single ounce!
I go to the gym every day after work and do cardio and weight training and NOTHING...I don't even feel it in my clothes
-- this is very discouraging...I'm not eating anything I shouldn't be altho I can DEFINATELY eat more than I could a few months ago and that is scary. I have another 40 - 50 lbs to go before goal and honestly I'm not sure I'll see goal
This is VERY frustrating

Don't be so hard on yourself,,look at all of us who are going through the same thing. I cant seem to leave the chips alone , and the sugar free ice cream bars!!
Im stuck at 111 pounds lost, not exercising, eating carbs...its awful
Remember how excited we all were last September, and how we were cheering each other on?? Well, we need to get that same mindset now,,,
Cmon everybody,,we can do this! We have the same tool,,we just need to work it! Lets get back to basics!
