Alrighty, I made it to the Double Century Club!!! Wooohooo. Only 12lb more to onderland and 22lb more to goal! So Down 200lbs and just overweight. What a great week.

Double Congradualations to YOU!! What a great feeling and only 22 more to goal!! Grea Job and keep up the good work. Remember these next 22 will be tough*( am about 15 from goal and I swear these last 15 are the worst) Keep in mind how much you have already lost in the coming weeks and CHIN UP. ATTTAAA WAY!!
