I think I am eating a little more.
A sample day:
breakfast: desert dish with cheerrios and 1/4 cup milk and 6 oz oj
snack: yopleit lite smothie
lunch: cottage doubles, and dole fruit cup
snack: protien shake
dinner: some kind of protien about 2 to 3 oz and usually dole fruit cup or small banana
evening snack: lite ice cream
I have cashews that I snack on through out the day
plenty of water all day
tea and coffee
sometimes I will have a cf diet coke

Oh, I can eat pizza now. I usually cut the med thin crust pizza into 8 slices and then cut one of those slices in half and I can eat it.
It varies for me...some days I can only eat 1/2 cup at a time, sometimes 1 cup. Last night I tried to eat too much baked chicken and I was feeling ill for over an hour. I can eat a couple oz of protein, a small portion of fruit and a little bit of spinich salad on a good day. I can usually get one protein bar down or a half of an english muffin. Usually just an ounce of nuts fills me up. I can also almost eat one slice of pizza if I don't eat all the crust. I usually leave the big part at the end off. I can eat 1/2 of a wrap.
Typical menu for me: Protein drink for breakfast or a 16 oz non-fat (no sugar) latte
Snack: a piece of cheese, nuts (1oz) or a protein bar
Lunch: turkey slices (3 with fat free cream cheese rolled up inside)
Dinner: 2 oz baked chicken, a couple brocolli pieces (or berries), small 1/4 cup spinich salad with sliced almonds and crasains with raspberry vinigrette.
Evening snack usually a sugar free hot chocolate with 30 grams of my flavorless protein mix in it)

I also worry that I eat too much. Honestly it seems like I eat more than most of the folks who have posted here, but I only eat 3 meals a day. No snacks other than the occasional protein drink or a latte. My surgeon feels strongly that one reason RNYs fail is that people graze...so he has a strict 3 meals that are no longer than a half hour...period rule.
Tonight I had a lean cuisine and a corn tortilla with cheese for dinner. Lunch I had --well, 5 slim jims (couldn't get out of the office), breakfast was some high protein cereal with milk. I try to keep from worrying about it too much about how much I'm eating. It is still miles less than I used to eat, and I am only 16 pounds from goal and I'm still loosing. So, I try not to get nuts about it. I does seem like I can eat a lot more lately, however.
This was a very good question. I feel I eat like the rest of the people who post. And I do worry that it is too much. But is so much less than what I used to eat. And I don't graze. I do have my three meals with two planned snacks.
Today my meal was:
B- 2 eggs over
L- dannon lite and fit strawberry yogert w/ flaxseed, 1/2 banana and a few grapes in it.
S- South Beach protein bar
D- sauteed shrimp, sallops, & calamari in crushed tomatoes. about 1 1/2 cups
& a little salad
S- fresh peach & sf chocolete pudding w/ sf cool whip
And coffee with 1 percent milk or FF cream. no sugar throughout the day.
and excerise at gym.
Most days I eat
breakfast ff latte
lunch 60 calories worth of crackers with 1-2 oz cheese
snack 2 sf cinnamon candies
dinner 1/2 cup of veggies with cheese 1-2 oz fish OR salad with cheese and beans (meat and I don't get along!)
snack usually a peach
I average between 550 and 700 calories a day
I can eat quite a bit of salad, I'd say 1 1/2 cups. I get full on just a couple bites of meat and then I usually throw it up. I also have 1 week a month that I could eat my shoes I'm so hungry, I cut myself some slack and that's when I will eat 700 calories.

as horrible as it may sound...I don't measure what I eat I probably should but I don't...I am a very very slow loser and have resigned myself to that fact. I also probably don't really lose because I really don't eat all that much - I don't think anyway. An average day for me ....
breakfast: coffee with protein
snack: coffee with protein
lunch: tossed salad and 5 strawberries
or
dannon lite & fit yogurt cup w/ some granola mixed in
snack: protein shake about 30 mins b4 the gym
dinner: either chicken or fish and some sort of vegies
snack: sugar free ice pop or pretzels
I TRY and get about 96 ounces of water in each day (I've been succeeding at getting in 72) ...
I do find that I am getting hungrier during the day now...so I've been trying to fill up on water instead of eating...
