Bummed Out
9 months out. Haven't lost any weight in almost a month. Been craving crackers like crazy, don't know why. But I know that can't be helping my carbs. I was curious about how much you can eat at a time at 9 months out... depending on wether it's softer foods or something heavier? Also if you know how many calories or carbs you consume in a day? How many pounds you lose a month, and if you exercise, how much and how often? How long was your longest platuea?
Thanks in Advance,
Jennifer
I think the cracker craving is probably related to your other post about an upset stomach. Crackers have baking soda in them which helps to neutralize acid.
Here's what I've been eating lately:

Up until the last week or so, I've been exercising regularly. This last week between insane OT (6:45am to 8pm), 3x/week visits with the chiropractor and coming down with a cold, I havent been to the gym lately. I plan to pick it up again on Monday.
Here's what Fitday says I've done for the last month:
Average Calories
Total: 1572
grams cals %total
Fat: 71 635 41%
Carbs: 149 564 36%
Protein: 86 343 22%
Over the last six months, I've lost 42lbs, so an average of about 6lbs per month with my highest loss being 15lbs and my smallest being 1 lb. My longest plateau was six weeks.
