I do the ab lounge pro. It is the black one. I do 50 a night. Thats it. along with me elliptical and walking. I dont know if my abs are so strong because I was a machinist for many years and use alot of muslce. I used to have a really tight abs, So maybe they was easy to come back for me. Still have a little stomach. working on that. My brother in law always called me gross. and said I would have hanging skin. I just emailed his wife this picture. Then called her to tell her to open this email. He was home. I heard him say. where in the hell did she get those abs. LOL cant stand him. He is my age and getting very big.
