Has anyone had any ? I have been having pain in my hip area. Like when I first get up from a chair it takes me a few steps to get "adjusted" . I still hurt but I can move a little better. It wakes me up at night . I have been taking Tylenol PM to help me sleep but it doesn't really help much. I was wondering about taking the joint supplements to see if they would help. Something like Fleximin , Move Free. Does anyone else have this ? Sandy

Since losing weight, my hips 'crack'. When I lay down and try to move my legs in an outward position, they crack and pop. THis is new. You can try the Glucosimine and Condroitin (spelling), some say it helps, others say it's a myth. One of the elements (can't remember which one) may cause tummy upset, so you may want to check with your doctor to see if it's safe for our pouches. Up your calcium and magnesium and D supplement too. Also, gelatin, I hear is good. Paula

Funny you should bring this up today. I went to physical therapy today for the first time since surgery. My PT told me that after you lose alot of weight you may have pains places you never had before because you body is so used to being over wieght and it really doesn't know what to do once you lose the weight. My spine & joints are slightly out of whack because my body has been so used to carrying that extra hundred pounds. Losing weight changed my center of gravity, and my body has been slow to adjust. What I've done is start therapy with a chiropractor who is working on teaching my spine how to carry my new body.
