cryin like a baby right now!!

I was posting here n there and I changed my siggy to my new weight and it hit me, I have lost 201 lbs since my highest weight that I know of If I took every emotion I felt right now and tried to describe it in 1 word it would deffinatly be.....WOW! I wanna call everyone I know and wake em up right now but since it's not even daylight I'll share it with my biggest bestest support family I have known since I started this journey, you guys Hugs, Shel

Shelly, Go girl! WOW, that IS a lot of weight. Can you imagine carrying all of that weight now? I've lost equal. to one of my daughter and one of my son and I can't hold them both together! Too heavy. How the heck did I carry all of that weight all the time?? (granted, the weight isn't dead weight like my kids are...but you get the pic!) Keep up the great work I'm proud of you! paula
