I keep Laughing Cow wedge cheese in the fridge. It comes in low fat and different flavors. And I also keep dried berries around for a snack. Trader Joes sells them. I hear some people snack on punkin seeds. I haven't had those yet but maybe in the future. Hope this helps.

Ive discovered soy nuts. I have found them with different flavors. Ive tried the honey roasted and the spicy ones and just plain. They are really good and a real good source of protein. The serving size is 1/3 of a cup or 1/4 of a cup just depending. They give you that satisfying felling like you snacked on something really bad for you but you didnt. I use them for those 15 min breaks at work. Tammy O

There are a couple of things I buy at Costco which I like. They have snack sized nuts - they have 12 or 18 individual sleeves in a box. I also like their Chimichangas (18 pack - each have like 14g of protein) - 90 seconds in the microwave. I also buy their organic chocolate milk - does NOT need to be refrigerated until opened (and they are individual sized, so they basically don't need refrigeration at all) And they have Premier Protein bars with 30-31g of protein each. --BT
