We haven't had a weigh-in in a while

In all honesty, I don't exercise. I am an activity assistant in a nursing home that has a bariatric program, so I push a lot of large people in wheelchairs, and I walk a lot at work. But, other than that, I do not exercise. I haven't at all.
The only thing I can see that I am doing that hasn't been mentioned, is I don't eat anything over 10 grams of sugar for solids and 25 grams of carbohydrates for liquids per serving. I really try to stick to both standards for everything I eat.
I am not really good at getting all of my water either. And, if I am hungry--I eat. I get hungry about every 3-4 hours. I always have snacks on me. I eat a lot of peanut butter crackers--the orange ones. They have carbs, but they also have 4 grams of protein.
Girl, you are doing great too! I have read your profile, and I check for new pictures I love your hair! love the color and the cut! I am so jealous! I didn't have great hair before all of this, and now it is even thinner and blllllllaaaaahhhh But the trade off is worth it
