We haven't had a weigh-in in a while

Since we haven't had a weigh-in in a while I thought I would start one. My weight loss is going very slowly now. I have only lost 1 pound since the last weigh in. Current weight: 160 Surgery Weight :281 Height: 5'10 Goal: 145( I changed it from 150) Surgery Date:9/13/05 Today is my 9 month anniversary

current weight -157 Surgery weight-265 height-5'5 goal-138 surgery date 09/06/2005 I am seriously considering changing my goal weight cause I am in an 8 right now and once I have plastics I KNOW I will be in a 6 or smaller and I don't want to be TOO thin... My own personal goal is 143 I am 2" shorter than you are, but that seems low compared to what a bunch of other people of similar heights has. Most are around 160's. My Dr. never set a goal for me. donna
