I was snooping other boards to see how the sept 2004 people were doing and i found a link for www.sparkpeople.com so I logged in and found out my infor just for today is Calories: 1550 - 1900 957 Fat: 34 - 74 38 Carbohydrates: 174 - 309 92 Protein: 39 - 166 75 Folate, total: 100 - 125 114 Fiber, total dietary:25 - 35 18 Protein: 50 - 62 75 Sodium, Na: 0 - 2400 2,172 Vitamin B-12: 100 - 200 86 The first number is what they recoment, the second number is my intake. I'm gonna print out some stuff next week and take it the surgon with me and see what he says.

I use sparkpeople.com all the time. Not only for listing what I eat (like fitday.com) but to read the very informative and valuable articles. You can also track your exercise too. paula
