Hairloss continues at 9 months out!!!!!
My hairloss started at 3 months and has continued to this day. Am I alone or are their others who have been losing for 6 months or so? No one can tell my hair is thinning but I certainly can. My hair was ultra thick thank God or I would be bald by now. Anyone else have this going on?

Hey Maggie
Mine started to fall out around 4 mo. out I think and I'm still losing mine to.My hair was thin to begin with so I just try to keep it fairly short and that seems to make it look alittle thicker.I think it's kinda normal you just have to make sure your getting enough protein in and it should start regrowth again soon I HOPE

I was told that hair loss could continue up to 9 months out. It has to do with the cycle of when you aren't getting in enough protein and it takes 3 months for your body to catch up. It is also the time of year the normal people to lose hair- spring. Think of your animals if you have any. That can set of a panic for people who are looking for this any ways.
So make sure to get your protein in and give yourself the 3 months for it to catch up.

I have been faithfull about getting my protein in. I can count on 2 hands how many times I didn't make 60 grams. I knew hairloss could occur so I was diligent. I just hope it stops soon. My hair is really endy around my face. I don't know if that is broken hair or if it is new hair growth. Thanks all for your replys.

My hairloss started at about 4 months out and continued til about 6-1/2 months...I think what helped is I started Zinc and Biotin about 2 weeks after I started noticing the hair loss. I went to my hairdresser a week ago for cut-n-dye and she said my hair is almost back to what it used to be. I also have between 80 and 100 grams of protein every day and have since about the 3rd month out.
