Are any of you itching?

For the last two days I have been having a terrible time with being "itchy". I don't have hives or anything, and it isn't just in one area. I have great hygiene, and use lotion regularly. The ichies can be anywhere from the top of my head, to the top of my feet. Just curious if any of you are experiencing this problem. Thanks in advance for any replies. Sarah

Hi Sarah, If your just now asking my answer probably won't help you much, but whenever i get the "traveling itchys" it seems to be a good thing cuz in the next week i lose inches , my body changes shape somehow and then I start losing again. Maybe it's just becouse i started at such a large weight. If you figure it out please post in case others have the problem also Good luck, Shel

Sarah, YES! In fact I was just complaining to my Mother on the phone last night about this very thing. I've noticed a few odd places on my legs, and the back of my shoulders, neck, ears, side of the face.... how weird! Have no idea - maybe it's kind of a "*****ly heat" from the summer--

Yes! Sitting here scratching my back with a triangle beater while waiting for my kids to come for the concert! Oi....I am now a constant user of anti itch cream with calamine. Need to go home and take a good dosing....with a slab of balmex lotion to go over it. Jeannie

Yes, and it is a cue for me that I need to increase my beta carotene... You cannot overdose on Betacarotene, so take the highest recommended dose for a few weeks... I am sure you'll feel better in a few days.. Banded 254/195/154
