I can drink water again!

After I had my surgery I could not tolerate water. It felt like a ton of brick****ting my pouch every time I tried, so for the last 8 months I've been drinking lots of water-downed Gatorade and Crystal Lite. FINALLY, I tried some water last week and now I can tolerate it! I was never a big water-drinker before, but when you go without it for so long you really miss it. I am so excited Especially with summer here. I do have to say, thank goodness that Crystal Lite makes those little packets you can now put in your water bottle. It saved my life!

I SO understand! At first I had to have ice cold water, then at least room temp water - now I can't tolerate it without *something* in it. It's absolutely crazy! I use the Crystal Lite, but I water it down WAY more than they suggest... whatever works I guess! Amy
