A funny wow moment.

I had a funny wow momment last night. We'd just come in from grocery shopping and I didn't get to weigh in on monday cause of the holiday. My wife's scale was in the kitchen so I stepped on it just to get an idea of how I did. And the scale went to just over 300 pounds. I was stunned. I almost lost it. I called out for my wife, who rushed over afraid something had gone really wrong. I pointed to the scale and she shrugged. I looked at her, shocked, and was like "I gained 50 pound. In a week. 50 pounds!" She looked back at me and said "Put down the 50lb bag of dog food, dear." Hehehe. 9 months ago I wouldn't have been carrying a 50lb bag of dog food, much less forget I was carrying it.

OMG that is so funny. Every once in a while my DH steps on the back of the scale while I am weighing in. It scares the poop out of me to see those big numbers again. d
