Glad ya found us , if your still losing your not plateauing, thats when you lose nothing for a long time, weeks even a month or so.
If you wanna kick it in again try going back to the basics , alot of water and protine and maybe change some part of your excersize plan to kick it in again

I was at 190 for like a month without losing and also going back and forth between 190-192 then I finally lost alittle I am at 187 now with 27 lbs to go to get to my goal of 160 but I was thinking the same thing and was wondering if I was going to lose again so I am going to try to get in more water and protein and see if that will jump start the weight loss.

I lost 2.5 lbs in May. As long as you are losing you are not on a plateau. Going back to basics like others have adviced is a good idea. I have been trying to do that for a week now. I need to stop eating carbs. I stopped eating bread last week. Snacks like yogurt , protein bars and pretzels are my down fall. Congrats on your weight lose. Lucky you to only have 20 more lbs til goal. Awesome. It will come off even if it takes another few months. It is better to lose slow anyway. Helps prevent saggy skin. Hang in there . Some months will be 2lbs or so. At least it isn't 2lbs gained. Try to look at the positve.
