HI Michael, I am starting to lose again. I am at 230 for a total loss of 71 lbs. I did lose 8 inches this month. Carol W

Date of surgery - 9/14/05 Surgery weight - 280 Current weight - 169 Goal weight - 140 Height - 5'3" Pounds lost - 111 lbs. time out from surgery - 8.5 months Whoo hoo, as of this morning I am officially out of the "obese" category and into the "overweight" category! When I reach my goal weight I will be into the "normal" category. It is sooooo weird to think that I am only 29 lbs overweight as of right now

Hey, Tonya, Yes, we are doing fantastic I think. I judge how well i am doing by how well i feel.. and honey I feel wonderful!! I sleep like a baby now and don't hurt when I wake up! I am so incredibly thankful for all my dr's.. and the help here on OH. I feel brand new! I am still 60 pounds from my ideal weight, and 50 from my goal weight. But, I could care less. I feel almost perfect right now! For the picture..I got the tutorial from Gene on the california board. I used Adobe Photoshop/Imageready to make the .gif animation using two pictures sized at 100pixels by 100pixels. Do you have photoshop or paintshop that let's you make animations?

Hi Michael, I wish I could shake these last 25 or so lbs. I am at 187 as of this morning. Up a bit.. but I am hoping it's jus****er.
