Here's some food for thought!!
Im doing the same workout as before Ellipical trainer walking and ab longe and bar bells. But I added a bicycle ride to my workout. My eating still consist of only yogart fresh fruit oatmeal bannas. lunch meat and chesse and soup.. I eat one meat and one vegatable a night. When Im hungry I grab one of these. I do not go out of this catagory. These foods keep me full and happy. Sometime I eat yogart twice aday. Still get my ispoure and protein in and do my vitiams.
Thats my diet.
Works good for me.

And Donna I am going thru a heck of alot of stress as well. That could be knocking the pounds off to. I got off my ambeim and doctor put me on this natural slpeeing pill. It takes 2 weeks to kick in. Im not sleeping much. Cant wait to get my life in order. and have a peaceful life. Dave is driving me nuts. Dale is driving me crazy !!!!!!!! Just am losing it !!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad no kids are involved.
Dave just doesnt get it. He wont listen to what Im saying !!!!!
He sleeping more and I hope he doesnt crack on me.
