I don't want to brag... Here's the thing, I've been the slowest one to lose on this board and have been feeling really bad about myself. However, yesterday my oldest graduated and even though it was stressful, bittersweet, you name it, I had an "UP" moment or two. Several people haven't seen me in a long time. I work in private care, so I don't get out much aside from this elderly couple's house. Anyway, my daughter was talking to her friends and they were asking where her mom was..Ashley said, uh, right there beside my dad...They said, "uh-uh! no way, she looks totally different, she looks sooo good." Ash told me this. Man, what an AWESOME feeling. Then, at the grad party last evening, people were commenting left and right, acting like I was almost at goal~NO way! My gosh, at 235?? I have a looong way to go! Still, it turned out to be a beautiful day, got my baby boy graduated, got lots of compliments...life just keeps getting better. Thanks for letting me not brag..;) Kel

Kelly, you need to brag!! Sometimes that's just good reinforcement for us. And why do you think you are the slowest loser on this board!! It's a journey - we're not at the end of it, yet. I am slow too, but I am still going!! I'm glad you had a nice day. You deserve it. And a son graduating - it doesn't get any better does it. Good luck!! love donna

Congrats Kelly, Remember it is a journey not a race- you really should be proud of yourself. You've come a long way. Isn't it great to see people that you haven't seen in a long time. They really let you know how much you've changed..... enjoy donna
