What is your goal weight?
I started off about 20lbs heavier than you, and am currently about 20lbs heavier than you, so we've lost about the same amount. Both of my surgeons (the one who operated & the one who's watching my progress) put my goal around 114-118lbs. The last time I weight that, I was TEN, so I really have no concept on what it will look like on an adult body.
I am very small boned however - I wear a child's frame in glasses, and had my wisdom teeth crack on the way in because my jaw was too small, so that may even been too heavy for me. I really won't know until I get there.
Someone told me that for every 100lbs of excess weight you carried, that you end up with about 6lbs of excess skin & connective tissue. I was at least 150lbs overweight so I'm estimating 10-12lbs of excess that might be removed during plastic surgery.
So - based on all of that, my current 'goal' is 130, as I'll better be able to see from there whether or not 118 suits my body structure.
There are certain weights which hold memories for me - 164 at age 16, 135 at age 13, 114lbs at age 10 (with a C cup, I might add). The next weight I remember is kindergarten - I started at 51lbs and left it weighing 59lbs. So yes, those weights are trigger points for me.
As for sizes - I remember the first time I shopped in a plus size store (age 16). I see so many cute clothes that I would love to wear, but can't/couldn't because they didn't make them in my size. So it's not so much that a specific size would mean anything to me, but crossing over that threshold between regular stores & BBW stores would really mean something to me.

I'm 5'10" and weigh 191.5 right now. My initial goal was 180, but I revised it soon after surgery to 165. That would put me right in the middle of the "normal weight". My goal is for once in my life to at least be in the normal weight range. My guess is I will stablaize around 170. It is getting much harder to loose now--even though I exercise a lot. I was thinking the other day that the really dramatic changes are over and that I'm in the refining stage.

My goal weight is 160 I am 5'7" and with a medium to large frame. My doctor first set me for 140 but at my 6 month appointment he revised it to 160. He said that from what I looked like then at 197 he couldnt imagine me loosing 50 more lbs so he reset it a little higher.
Me myself, I am aiming for the 160 and figure that I will se how I feel then at that point.
