Topic: RE: Anyone having trouble getting the last 30 - 40 off?
Andrea,
I walk and jog four times a week lower body one day upper the other and nothing on Sunday. The past two weeks I have really noticed a big difference today my clothes are much larger I have went down a comfortable size in jeans and my shirts don't hug my overhangs anymore. Just in the past two weeks of exercising. It makes me feel so much better about myself that I am exercising. It's really great. My weight lifting days are inbetween my cardio days. like c/ub/c/Lb/c/c or ub which ever I feel like that last day
then next week c/Lb/c/ub/c/c or Lb. Does that make since? You will feel so good after you start exercising you will say why did I wait so long? You can do it lets do this together. We are all going to be a success and stay healthy for the rest of our life!!!!!!
Good Luck
Tina

Topic: All the sudden - sick with every meal
This is definitely new territory for me. I am getting sick with every meal. It doesn't matter what I eat - or how much or little. I immediately get very nauseated, feeling flush, and can hardly hold my head up.
It's been almost a week of this. I can't figure out what in the world has changed.
I am on steroids right now for a flare up with the MS, but other than that - all meds have been the same (except for another increase in the chemo drugs for the Rhuematoid arthritis).
I can't figure this out. It's horrible.
Has anyone experienced this and found relief somewhere??????'
Thanks
Leslie
Topic: RE: Abdominal Pains
My mom had horrible pain like that even though she was having regular BM's, and she found out that she has an adhesion from a former surgery that keeps her bowel from emptying completely. When the doctor did her Colonoscopy to find out what was going on, he had to "vaccuum" her intestines out to get rid of it all. They had done that "massive bowel prep" too, but that did not completely empty her. Now, she takes a "double dose" of Milk of Magnesia EVERY night to make sure that she stays cleaned out. Sorry if this is "too much information" and that it was a little "graphic". This is a "delicate" subject!!
I'm certainly not recommending that you start taking Milk of Magnesia, but you might ask your doctor about the possibility of adhesions. Hope your feeling better. Pam

Thank you so much for your encouragement. I do need to work on the excercise. I have a new treadmill. I love treadmilling or walking and running. What type of excercise do you do. What is your ideal workout? Just trying to get some ideas. Again thank you for your encouragement. That's what I need right now.

Hey Sept. Buddies!
It's been a while since I posted on here, but mostly b/c I have been living out of a suitcase for the past 1.5 months while we have been moving. We are officially settled in Niceville, FL. It's Beeeeautiful! Eglin Air Force Base is the largest in the ConUS...we are loving it too!
Anyhoo~the main reason I wrote was to say I HAVE HIT THE CENTURY MARK!!!! 251 to 151 as of today. I am a size Small top and a 10/12 in the pants. I feel very good! I love to exercise...(I can't believe those words just came out of my mouth)...and I am just happy with myself for the first time ever. Yesterday was my 11 month anniversary. Very exciting! Wish you all the best!! Love, KT

I loved your post. It's so true how once the fat is gone we often make new identities of the way we always wanted to be. I take so much more pride in my appearance now! Enjoy your car!!

Topic: RE: Anniversary Time!
And what a year it has been. I have lost 126 pounds and am now wondering if I'll be at 162 forever as I haven't lost anything in over a month! But I am so much ahppier and healthier now where I am that if I stay here forever, I will still be happy.
