WOW!! You look awesome! CONGRATULATIONS!! I am so glad you feel so great too......that's really the main thing, isn't it? I am a bit bummed reading about all the weight everyone has lost.........I have not done nearly so well, and lately have gained a few pounds..so discouraging...........BUT, I feel better than I have in years, and I am working hard to get back on the losing track again. My first 6 months were great, the next 6 months not so great............so, again, I am starting over.......... SURELY I can do this? Wesie

Happy Anniversay, Sept. 3rd Sister!!! I'm with you in planning on posting on this board more often...I check it daily and now realize how many other "September Babies" are doing the same! It's a comfort to know there is a group of people who are on the exact same journey as yourself! My profile is empty, sorry. FANTASTIC, Doreen!! I too am at the exact place, TIMEWISE, LOL...but not even close on the weight loss!! I have only lost 75-80 lbs, but I have never been healthier, never felt better, and NEVER could do 21 pushups!!! Heck, I couldn't even do ONE! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK...you are truly and inspiration! Today is my 1 year anniversary. I still can't believe it's been a year. Alot has changed for me. I started out at 363 pounds and now teeter between 172-174. I wanted to be 170 today but I am not sweating it. I am close and if it wasn't for this surgery I'd probably be well over 400 pounds by now. I was always an emmotional eater. Since my surgery i've lost 3 very close family members and I know for sure i'd have eaten myself into oblivion if I hadn't had this surgery. I have good days and bad days still. I can't eat most things but I still try. My only issues are vitamin deficencies which the doctors are working on trying to get level. As well as having had my gal bladder out last month. Seeing that there could have been some pretty major things that could have gone wrong I count my blessings and am thankful for each day. ok so my name should be on the top of this post...it is so hard and i really have to fight with myself not to go eating crazy!!! I can eat anything so it is like dieting now. Ick...I have lost 130 pounds but stillw ant to loose 35 more to get to goal, geez to be under 200 woudl be GREAT!!! Good luck everyone!!! Im 212 from 347 so im thankful just not satisfied!!
