1 yr ago I was in my hospital bed thanking God that I had made it to the losing side and for the tool that would forever change my life. This year has been full of ups and downs, but thankfully most of the "downs" were pounds and pants sizes, lol. I wish you all continued success and hope that this has been a great year for you all as well. Hugs and Kisses!!

I am scheduled for PS in exactly 2 weeks!! I'm have a TT and BR done on 9/21. I'm psyched. I'm at goal, but the weird thing is that I know I'm gonna lose weight with my PS and I really don't want to. I'm gonna go to the gym to try to build some muscle so I can stay between 170-175. I'm kinda tall and with the extra weight gone, I carry what I have left pretty well and don't wanna lose all of my curves, lol. How crazy is that?? What's new??

naw thats the right price... i bought some choc and vanilla and to tell ya the truth they are sittin in my fridge.... i dont know if its my pouch or what SUPERMAN says they are really good pouch says they taste like liquid cardboard... so i guess i will try them again in a month or so....

Hi Grace
Did great at work today. Started my day with 16 oz water while doing my makeup. Then at work I had 8 oz of protein drink. For lunch I had 1 cup of homemade lentil soup with pieces of ham, watermelon, now I am working on another 16 oz of water and then for dinner I am planning on making shrimp stir fry.
You guys are keeping me on the wagon! This is my hardtime right now, My downfall, my temptation the 3-6 pm before dinner. I AM DETERMINED! I HAVE to get back into the right way of doing things again, especially staying on program. Believe it or not I am still full from lunch at 12:30 along with my afternoon water. Tomorrow will be easier.

Topic: Protein Push - Day 1
Hi All,
Well, I woke up and had my one cup of coffee this morning, and now I'm off to get in my protein drink, my vitamins and then a walk, with a bottle of water in hand.
When I come back, I'm going to wrap a couple slices of lean turkey around two slices of swiss cheese and a large leaf of Romaine, with a squirt of mustard (Yum!)
This will be followed by another bottle of watera little afterwards. Fortunately, I have work to keep me occupied while waiting for....
LUNCH! LOL!

I'm in too! I have 40 lbs to go to goal, but I've lost 160 so far. I know I won't hit goal by my anniversary, but I'd love to lose 8 lbs by the 27th to be under 200lbs for the first time in 15 years!!
