Mine is my old standby of Green Bean Casserole that we have made for years but now I use the reduced fat, low sodium soup and alternate it in layers with french style green beans, cream of mushroom and cream of celery reduced fat soups and Lipton's Onion Soup mix dry sprinkled a little on each layer. I use mostly the onion pieces with just a little of bouillon mix. Bake it at 350 for 30-45 minutes until it is hot and bubbly and enjoy - tastes great and even better the next day.
I did try a cranberry relish recipe using spenda last year - I'm going to have to find that sucker again as my family never knew the difference.
Keep those recipes coming - I love checking them out.

Shannon,
I still love mashed taters. Have you tried the Idahoan Instant Baby Reds and Loaded Baked Potatoe mixes??? They are AWESOME!
Have a GREAT week!
I love Logan's Steakhouse Mesquite Grilled Chicken Salad and throwing the peanut hulls on the floor - FUN!

I hope this response is not too late for you to use. I haven't been here in a while!! I haven't really noticed too much attitude change. The people who liked me before are very proud of me and encouraging. The people who didn't like me before still don't like me now!! People that did NOT know me before seem to be friendlier, but then I may be friendlier toward them, too!! I FEEL more attractive, and therefore I am sure that I reflect that in my actions. I have had several comments on how "short" I am. I'm 5'2" and that hasn't changed since my weight loss, but I am just so much "smaller" altogether that I am sure I do look shorter!
I personally never felt really discriminated against because of my weight. I know that a lot of people do, but I think it is more of a "personal" issue than we realize.

Geeze that sounded pretty painful. Glad your pretty much back to normal. Congrats on the recommiting yourself. It is always great to make a new start.
Those doggies sound adorable. Can't wait to hear how you walk them, pick up poop and do it all under 2 feet of snow. LOL
Hope to hear more from you soon. Have fun with your new Hat friends and I look forward to seeing pics of your new babies.

Hummm. To be honest the only thing I like is the mashed potatoes. I am not a fan of turkey and unless someone takes me to Longhorn for a nice steak that is basically what I will be eating. I love cranberry sauce too, not toe homemade kind (YUCK), but the ocean spray one that is the shape of the can yum yum yummy. I wish someone would make me some creamed spinach cause I do like that but I've never come across a good recipe. I hope someone makes something they really love. In this day and age there are tons of way to prepare all the favorites and even more healthier ways to prepare it.
Happy Recipe Sharing.....
Shannon
