Katie, I'm so happy for you! I'm down 65# and couldn't be more pleased. I haven't been on line lately so I didn't see your name change until just now! I just love your new name! I have worn a Claddagh ring for many-many years! Lost the diamond one my DH got me in Ireland. I'm so luck, he has replaced it with an emerald one (not a large emerald..but one nun the less). Topic: I am SO sick!!

Hi Everyone, I had been feeling so good lately that I guess I got used to it and forgot how sick I can feel too. I have had BAD diarrhea (sorry for the details!) from Thursday until this morning, and now I can't keep anything down. Everything makes me feel ill. Thankfully the diarhea has stopped mostly because I can't eat. I started having the foamies tonight too. Not real bad yet, but I am so afraid I have another stricture. I didn't have diarhea with the first stricture though, so I'm hoping that means this is something else. With my last stricture, I was in the hospital for 3 days. So now I am freaking out about calling my dr because he's going to want to put me in the hospital right away again, and I can't afford the new deductible for our insurance right now. Parkview Hospital requires it up front before admission. Any suggestions on anything I can take (Imodium and Pepto haven't helped) to feel better? I'm trying to get liquids in and keep them down. I'm so hoping I just have the flu or something, not another stricture. And on top of everything, next week is finals week at CalState! So this couldn't have happened at a worse time.

I just wanted to say hi because we are practically neighbors! I live in Santa Clarita. In fact, I was in Lancaster all day today, and will be tomorrow also for my daughter's soccer tournament. I am completely bone-chilled from the polar winds you guys had today! BRRRR! But the Antelope Valley is so beautiful this time of year. The colors of the sky and the wildflowers and everything are gorgeous! Congratulations to you also on your wonderful weight loss, you are doing great! ~Sue
