Forgot to mention, I started out wearing a very tight 20, Im now in size 10, used to be xxl shirts, now L, (My boobs are still the same size, no shrinkage otherwise I could be in M) It's hard to "see myself" as I really look, unless I compare pics. Its still surreal to me.

Well, I dont really keep a journal of what I eat. But I eat a small bowl of cereal in the am, usually Special K Carb (something) w/carb Countdown milk, lots of protien. For lunch I usually have a Lean Quizine, and dinner varies, sometimes I'll just have a banana, or another tv dinner. But Im sometimes bad with snacking. I can eat a bag of popcorn (sometimes I can fini****) or Ritz crackers. I keep telling my b/f to stop bringing it inm the house, but I just need to control myself. As far as excercising, I dont. I really, really, really, really, really should. I NEED to start toning. I would probably have next to a flat stomach if I did. I just do have the motivation. If my SO tries, I feel like hes "telling me what to do", and in turn, I dont. I'll check your profile, and see what your routine is. I've wanted to tell you this ever since I saw your pic, you look almost EXACTLY like a much younger version of my sister. The only difference is she had a space between her teeth.

You look so good! I didn't realize that our statistics were so close. Did you realize that we had surgery 5 days apart and our starting weights were 5 lbs apart and we are almost the same height, and we've lost almost the exact same weight! I would be really curious to know what you eat each day and if you exercise, and if so how much. I just wonder if our behaviors are similar also. Anyway, congrats you are doing GREAT! Thanks for sharing ~Sue

hi Carol, I totally understand where you are coming from and i can relate also. Just in the last month or so, i have heard those same comments from people. I am 5'9" and i now weigh 199 lbs. Of course, compared to weighing 314 lbs. which was my highest weight, i am skinny...but like you said, i am still considered overweight. Most people that make those comments have never been overweight and don't know the goal we are going for. So, i have gotten to the point where i just say, "yeah, i still have a little to lose, but we all know i don't want to be ""skinny"" ". I also say " i know i'm skinny compared to what i used to look like, but i am FAR from skinny". In any case, no ones opinion counts except mine, and i make that known to everyone also, but in a nice way You keep up the good work and do your thing!!! ~Missy~

OMG! Me too! In fact, I wrote that I was "thicker in the middle" than I felt when I posted my update picture. My stomach feels SO MUCH smaller than it ever was that it surprises me that it still sticks out as far as it does. kwim??

I feel and look thinner than what pictures show me. Do you find the same thing is true? Tina
